Modification

Whilst the nature of building usage has changed significantly over the last decade, all too often the performance requirements of the building’s control system have not been changed to suit.

An incompatible control strategy is hugely inefficient. It leads to poor environmental conditions and more often than not, wasted energy. However, it is possible to correct this situation within most existing BMS systems with little more than a software redesign. This is the kind of modification where the results really can pay for themselves.
